"I just wanted to say Thank You for the impeccable customer service you provided to our team during our Southeast Region Supply Chain Meeting last week. Your ability and willingness to adapt quickly to our ever-changing requests, ensured the success of this meeting. Bob and his IT Techs worked closely with our Leadership to ensure all video and sound worked perfectly. Jeff was at our beck and call, up to and including last minute copies (I would suggest getting that business office up and running). Ray, Migdalia and their catering team, were hands-on and very punctual with meals and refreshments, as well as any added requests. Jill had us set up and ready to go for our fun night with all the games and DJ, who was awesome. Klarissa kept the rooming list current with the many last-minute changes and Erin provided great communication and punctual transportation for our, also with many changes. With all this said, I wish I could plan another meeting there but hopefully, our team will consider Saddlebrook for future offsite meetings.
Thanks again to your entire staff and please pass on our sentiments to all others who assisted us with this event. I’m so thankful this went so well and that I can retire with such a great “last” event behind me."
